Pair of modernist hand-carved, solid mahogany Tsu chairs designed by Stanley Jay Friedman for Brueton. Custom-made in Hong Kong, 1980. Hand-rubbed lacquer finish and stainless steel sabots. Removable cushions newly upholstered in magenta silk ikat print. Seats, 20"H; arms, 24"H. Handsome curves, strikingly elegant.
