Why We Love This

A phenomenal bronze-mounted mahogany parlor suite in the Renaissance Revival by noted New York cabinet makers Pottier and Stymus. The suite, exquisitely upholstered in pale yellow damask, features doré bronze mounts of Egyptian busts and classic Renaissance Revival gilt decoration. The sofa is also adorned with a Greco-Roman inspired bronze medallion at the crown. Circa 1880. Sofa, 42"L x 73”W x 42”H; chair, 28"L x 27"W x 35"H.
