As described by Billy Blue Eye

A feather-shaped wall pocket by West Coast Pottery, which was a part of the midcentury California ceramic movement. Located in Burbank, West Coast produced their most important works from the early 1940s through the mid-1960s, a period when there were over 300 pottery companies in business in the state. Floral artware and figurines comprised most of the line. This piece is in-mold marked "West Coast Pottery California 305R."
