Why We Love This
This 1960 Georges Welker gouache is from a unique selection of original prototypes for textiles and wallpaper, made between 1892 and 1970. They come from a very well known company in France that has since closed its doors. A large part of the same collection has already been distributed to some of the most famous museums in France. It has two labels attached; It is titled, dated, numbered, and stamped twice.
