As described by Mike Seratt of The Prized Pig

Pair of French folk costume pochoirs, on which layers of vivid colors are added by hand to a lithograph using a stencil, on hard stock mats, circa 1929. Descriptions printed in letterpress on mounted labels at the foot of each plate. Colors are vibrant and bright. The plates came from the book titled Les Costumes Regionaux De France published by G. D. E. Gardilanne and E.W. Moffat, 1929. Each image, 9.5”L x 15”W.
