Why We Love This

An English-design saucepan with an iron tubular handle with an iron flange held with two copper rivets. The lid has a wide copper band handle held with two copper rivets. This pan also has hand-cut dovetailed seams brazed with brass up the rear and around the underside which was a highly sought after skill of a blacksmith before Industrial revolution. It has been re-tinned to its traditional manner. Made around 1850.

About Coppermill Kitchen

Coppermill Kitchen was born out of my passion for the beauty and charm hidden in each piece of cookware I discover during forays to London and Paris. Every item in the collection is hand-selected and features the finest in vintage European copper. Get cooking with a piece of history! Bon appétit!
