As described by
An early-American pressed glass cake stand produced by J.B. Higbee Glass Company circa 1908 in the Rexford pattern with an upturned scalloped edge and "starred" pedestal. No maker's mark, but research identified both maker and pattern. Some small glass bubbles from the manufacturing process of that era.
