As described by
Proverbs and Paper-Cuts from China was printed by hand at the Penmiel Press in England in 1986 and is number 93 of only 100 copies. It is a fine example of the books as work of art, and is signed by its designer-printer Edward Burrett. The drawings for the proverbs are by Clarke Hutton, and the book is illustrated with 15 paper-cuts, some hand-colored, all made in China. Very fine and as new in paper-covered boards and a thin paper slipcase. Wonderful proverbs as well.
