Why We Love This

The Williamsburg Art of Cookery or Accomplish'd Gentlewoman's Companion by Mrs. Helen Bullock. Richmond, Virginia, Colonial Williamsburg and the Dietz Press, 1983. Hardcover, 276 pages, with five full-page black and white illustrations and about 500 recipes from vintage cookbooks. This copy is finely bound in full brown leatherette with a red leather title patch on the spine, and is in very fine condition.
