As described by
A Short History of England by G.K. Chesterton. London: Chatto Windus, The New Phoenix Library, 1951. First published in 1917. Chesterton dealt with spiritual causes and effects on history. A classic that remains pertinent today. Toning on small area of cover, several tears and small pieces missing from dust jacket, still tight and bright.
