First Edition. 144 pages. 64 color paintings by the author showing over 200 plants Shakespeare knew, with quotations. Page edges slightly speckled, but otherwise a very good copy of a beautiful book, bound in boards and a pictorial dust jacket. Includes folded publisher's publicity poster for the book.
About the Seller
My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
