This is a lovely collection of simple and simply delicious recipes made perfect by the addition of one or more of the title ingredients, and is one of the best of the publisher's collection of cookery books edited by Elizabeth David. Endpapers are partly discolored otherwise this is a very good copy in washable yellow boards and a slightly torn and worn pictorial dust jacket.
About the Seller
My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
