Hardcover, 402 pages, illustrated dust jacket, maroon cloth, color frontispiece plus 102 pages of black-and-white reproductions of paintings by Eichholtz. Essay by E. P. Richardson. Jacket has edge wear. Ownership on half-title, otherwise the book is very clean and sound, in excellent condition.
