Softcover with flyleaves. Saville's photos capture the essence of the night and have been carefully paired with poems that evoke the images. Some of the poets represented are Frost, Whitman, Langston Hughes and Octavio Paz.

Most collectors become booksellers out of necessity, and Goldman began selling about 15 years ago. The library lions are the pair of stone lions who guard the New York Public Library.
