As described by
Havana 1933 by Walker Evans and Gilles Mora. New York: Pantheon, 1989. First American edition, 111 pages, with over 80 of Walker Evans' early black-and-white photographs of Havana, Cuba. Striking, evocative work, and a very fine copy in boards and dust jacket.
About the Seller
My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
