Why We Love This

White Africans and Black by Caroline Singer and Cyrus Baldridge. New York: W. W. Norton Co. 1929. Limited (500), signed first edition. 120 pp. Hardcover. Signed by both authors. Black-and-white drawings on every page and several full-page color drawings. Records in text and striking sketches impressions gained during 14 months spent on the West Coast of Africa. It depicts the lives of the African people and some of the problems raised by their interaction with the white population.
