London: John Russell Smith, 1865. Edition unknown; three volumes. Hardcovers. All books have wear at spine and corners, one is considerable. Vol. II shows a paler stain at spine, Vol. I is worn at front gutter and has a rusty paperclip mark to a few pages.
About the Seller
Julie Goldman has been collecting books all her life. As a child, she spent many days haunting the used book stores on 4th Avenue in NYC with her father. Most collectors become booksellers out of necessity, and Goldman began selling about 15 years ago. The library lions are the pair of stone lions who guard the New York Public Library.
