This pair of 19th-century porcelain Chinese urns was converted to lamps on wood pedestals in the 1950s, and come with new custom silk shades.
Patrick Dragonette established his LA showroom in 1996 after an earlier foray onto the stage. “I attended theater school in New York and thought I’d be an actor,” says Dragonette, “but I have always been drawn to antiques and design.” In addition to owning one of the country’s top designer resources for high-end midcentury furniture, art, and accessories, Dragonette tackles the role of interior designer. Among his commissions: orchestrating an astonishing collection of midcentury pieces for a Hal Levitt house in Trousdale Estates.
