A modern-day renaissance man, Michael Devine studied art history at the École du Louvre, French at the Sorbonne, and cooking at the Ritz Escoffier. He is widely known for his amazing artisanal collection of hand-printed fabrics. His textile collection, launched in 2002, is frequently featured in House Beautiful, Traditional Home, and The World of Interiors. These days he is busy photographing and writing his first book, a tome about gardening and entertaining, due out next spring by Rizzoli International.
