As described by Lost Art Salon

1940-1950s colorful watercolor still life of red and orange flowers and lemons on a background with shades of blue byy California expressionist Richard Van Wingerden (1893-1969) who worked on several WPA murals in San Francisco during the 1950s. Van Wingerden was active in the Northern California art scene. Unframed and estate stamped with the artist's signature lower right.
