Mid-20th-century Richard Van Wingerden watercolor seascape. Van Wingerden (1893-1969) was a California Expressionist who worked on several WPA murals in San Francisco during the 1950s and was part of the Northern California art scene. Painting is unframed and estate stamped with the artist's signature on lower right.
