Why We Love This

Vintage tablecloth titled "Indian Symbols" offering a key to Native American representative figures. Probably sold in the souvenir shops of the Southwestern US, this features a large thunderbird representing the "Sacred Bearer of Happiness Unlimited." Around it are numerous other symbols and their meanings. Printed on off-white cactus cloth, a nubbly cotton.

About Uncle Bunks Trunk

Owner and founder, Leslie Upson, is a long-time vintage linen collector. Her passion for particular items - whimsicals, souvenirs, and midcentury design - is reflected in what she sells. Most items (barring mint condition) have been carefully restored by her: hand washed, line dried, and carefully pressed. This is a labor of love: finding old treasures new homes.
