As described by Billy Blue Eye

The town of Gouda in The Netherlands has long been associated with the production of pottery that can be traced back to the 15th century. In the 20th century Gouda became known for Art Deco and Art Nouveau ceramics and when a more minimalistic design was introduced in the late 1950's, Gouda was at the forefront of production. This vase circa 1960s came from the Flora factory (1945-80) and is in the "Zebra" pattern. The 11"H vase is bottom signed along with the mold #1273.
