Hardcover with dust jacket, orange illustrated cloth, illustrated endpapers, color frontispiece, nearly 50 black white full-page and text drawings. A tribe of beavers called Red Alders are at war with a rival tribe. Jacket spine and front cover faded. Spine and edges have losses. Price-clipped. Fore-edges foxed. A nice, sound interior.
