NY: Bobbs-Merrill Co., 1947. 1st Ed. 147p., color d/j, red cloth with gilt, illus. endpapers, illus. throughout with b full-page and text drawings. Story of a Quaker boy and his cat who lived in America when Pennsylvania was still an English province. D/j very worn, with losses. Price-clipped. Inscribed on front free endpaper. Front board has some residue from the d/j stuck to it. Interior clean and sound.
