A clever design for straining, pouring or covered cooking, this hard-anodized aluminum pan has a lid with a deep rim with optional straining holes. To strain, just line the holes up with the pan's pour spouts. For covered cooking, rotate the lid to close the holes and moisture will stay inside the pan. To pour, remove the lid and use the pour spouts that are built into the pan body. Heavy-gauge hard anodized construction is exceptionally durable and distributes heat beautifully - meaning no hot spots that can burn food.
Circulon revolutionized the cookware industry in 1985 with the first hard-anodized nonstick cookware, which offers excellent heat distribution and exceptional durability as well as a hard-working nonstick surface. Since then it has introduced additional innovations, leading it to become a world-renowned brand of gourmet cookware engineered to make home cooking fast and easy as well as healthy and delicious.
