As described by librarylions

Sutherland by Ronald Alley. London: Tate Gallery, 1982. First Edition. 184 pages. Large format softcover. Sutherland (1903-1980) was trained thoroughly in art. His conversion to Catholicism led him to a modern, often eery form of religious art. Known also for portraits, he is among the 20th-century masters.

About the Seller

Julie Goldman has been collecting books all her life. As a child, she spent many days haunting the used book stores on 4th Avenue in NYC with her father. Most collectors become booksellers out of necessity, and Goldman began selling about 15 years ago. The library lions are the pair of stone lions who guard the New York Public Library. Their names are Patience and Fortitude. When you place an order with librarylions it will receive the attention and treatment it deserves.
