A chic pair of earrings, with a spiking seafan design inspired by a piece of coral the designer found in Hawaii. To achieve this naturalistic, lacy look, each hole was hand-cut with tiny saws and files. The result is a very delicate yet edgy design. These are made from 14k gold.
Emily Amey has an innate knack for chic, natural design. She chooses precious and semiprecious stones, often collected on her own global travels, and sets them off in spectacularly simple designs of silver and gold. The stones are responsibly sourced, and she uses reclaimed and recycled metals wherever possible. Amey handcrafts each piece in her Williamsburg, Brooklyn studio.
