The Scream, 1893 is an Expressionist painting in a series by Edvard Munch showing a now-iconic agonized figure against a blood-red sky. The landscape in the background is the Oslofjord, viewed from the hill of Ekeberg, in Oslo, Norway. Printed on heavyweight artist paper, this print has been custom-framed in exclusive hand-finished molding.

Edvard Munch was a Norwegian symbolist painter, printmaker and an important forerunner of Expressionist art. His "private" symbolism was far more personal than that of other Symbolist painters.
