A black-and-white vision of fashion, with a model climbing toward the Hollywood sign in the Los Angeles hills. As the photographer Gray Malin describes it, "Discovering a vintage Oscar de la Renta dress that had not seen the light of day in decades, I instantly had a vision. Using the model and the dress as my muse, I took to the streets of Los Angeles, New York City, and Paris and began to create a timeless story of a woman whose face you never see."

A Dallas native, Gray Malin hunts the globe for the unusual beauty captured in his photographs. He often plays with perspective through height, helicoptering over the beaches of Brazil or Kauai and sending balloons above the mystical plains of Joshua Tree National Park. Malin first broke onto the scene in West Hollywood, California at a Sunday market where his prints caught the interest of gallery owners, interior designers, and stylish Angelenos. Gray's work has been displayed in the Dallas Museum of Art and has been published around the world in publications such as the London Observer.
