Why We Love This

An original lithograph printed in two colors (olive-green, red) on wove paper. Hand-signed in pencil in the margin lower right T-Lautrec, also signed on the stone with the artist’s monogram device lower right. This is a superb impression of Wittrock’s third and final state, Adriani’s third state of four printed after the mouth of the female figure in the foreground was added in a separate color, From the edition of 100 (50 of which were issued separately as publications artistiques in 1894, and 50 of which were issued in Album de la revue blanche in 1895). Published by La revue blanche, Paris, 1894-95.Literature regarding this artwork: T. Donson/M.
