Eric Cohler Design
Pair of English cross-back side chairs in lime-washed oak upholstered in a faded period linen.
Dubbed “The Mixmaster,” NYC-based Interior designer Eric Cohler fuses the classical and the contemporary, creating spaces with layers of unusual texture and color. In addition to projects throughout the world, Cohler’s repertoire has expanded to include fabrics, furniture and rug lines for Lee Jofa, and designer lighting for Visual Comfort. An adjunct professor of design at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a frequent keynote speaker on the arts, Cohler is a contributing writer for several publications. His book, Cohler on Style, is due out this fall.
