Rich study of this magnificent edifice in the Loire Valley. Dust jacket has been covered in a library transparent adhesive covering that's attached to the endpapers, making it impossible to remove. This was done after minor wear on the dust jacket. Owner's name, flyleaf.
About the Seller
Julie Goldman has been collecting books all her life. As a child, she spent many days haunting the used book stores on 4th Avenue in NYC with her father. Most collectors become booksellers out of necessity, and Goldman began selling about 15 years ago. The library lions are the pair of stone lions who guard the New York Public Library.
