Early-18th-century copperplate engraving of Venetian men engaging in an organized fist fight along the Grand Canal, with the campanile of Piazza San Marco in the background. From La galerie agréable du monde by Dutch publisher Pieter van der Aa. Published in 1706; it is said there were only 100 copies of this work produced.
