As described by JJ Jenkins the Fabric Diva

Late-19th-century French overprint Damassé # 10178 salesman's fabric sample. Original mill labels still attached. Fabric is suitable for many uses — framed, or as a one-of-a-kind pillow. Excellent condition for age. Fabric background color is off-white, all other colors are softer and more subtle than shown in photo.
