As described by JJ Jenkins the Fabric Diva

Late-19th-century French salesman's fabric sample. Original mill label is still attached on lower right corner: Satin Couverture #58576. This is a beautiful piece for the serious textile collector and could be framed, used as a designer resource, or for a one-of-a-kind pillow. Excellent condition for age. Fabric background and colors are less vibrant and more subtle (despite photo.)
