As described by Docantic, Inc.

This 1952 Arthur Litt gouache is from a selection of prototypes for textiles and wallpaper made for a very well-known company in France (1892-1970). A large part of the same collection has already been distributed to some of the most famous museums in France, such as the Bibliothèque Forney and the Musée Des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. It is dated, titled, numbered, stamped, and has the original description label.
