A color-rich abstraction, with bold drips of paint dominating the left side of the work. This is a print of the original, beautifully framed with white lacquered wood.

Descended from a long line of artists in Europe and Quebec, Claire Desjardins creates work that it exuberantly colorful. In her abstract paintings, she explores the edge where color and form merge. In both 2011 and 2012, Desjardins was awarded a grant to attend the Vermont Studio Center in Johnson, Vermont.

An offshoot of London’s famed Saatchi Gallery, Saatchi Online is a superlative source for art created by rising artists. With a keen eye for talent and beauty, the company has sourced prints, photographs, and painting from artists in more than 100 countries, curating a selection that is excitingly global.
