As described by L'Affichiste Vintage Posters

A beautiful and delicately colored French political poster from the First World War. The message of the poster relates to the idea of "pulling political strings." The three men in the image stand on what appears to be the globe, with a map of Europe at the center of their attention. The artist, Georges Villa, was made a Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur. The lithograph is linen-backed and in very good condition.
