A Cook's Tour of San Francisco by Doris Muscatine. Scribner's 1963. Hardcover with dust jacket, 370 pages. Includes line illustrations and eight pages of glossy black and white photos. Dust jacket is discolored, has two chips, some edge wear, and is glued to the front cover. Slightly warped, but internally very clean. A great history of the San Francisco culinary scene in the 1960s with many recipes.
