Why We Love This

Three outstanding French manuscripts. Two written during the reign of Napoleon Bonaparte (1804 and 1808), and one written under the Bourbon kings in 1834. Each manuscript is one-of-a-kind and has a royal seal. They track transactions between families of French winemakers. Displayed in white mats with gold borders. Including archival plastic sleeves and three certificates of authenticity. Manuscript, 8.25"L x 11.75"H; mats, 11"L x 14"H. Mats fit standard-size frames.

About MAPSandART

David & Natasha Deighton's fine art gallery, MAPSandART, specializes in original antique maps, antique prints and works of art on paper, no reproductions. A husband and wife team, we started Antique Maps and Works on Paper Ltd. after moving from Paris, France. The collection contains more than 100,000 works on paper, one of the most extensive of its kind. We personally select our pieces during frequent trips to Europe and across the U.S., providing distinct one-of-a-kind art for over 14 years.
