As described by Meyer Antiques

1770s print with later hand coloring, framed in dark wood with silver accent, linen matte, and UV glass to protect against sunlight. From Diderot's Encyclopédie. The entire encyclopedia was published between 1751 and 1772. The subjects included areas of scientific inquiry such as anatomy, geology, mineralogy, technology, and architecture.
