As described by Lost Art Salon

Charcoal and pastel figurative piece by Bar Area artist Forrest Hibbits (1905-1996) . Hibbits was a graduate of the California College of Arts and participated in exhibitions in most western art museums, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, The de Young Museum, The Oakland Museum of Art, and The Legion of Honor (San Francisco). Displayed in a brown and green faux-bois frame with archival mat and etched non-glare glass. Signed by the artist on lower edge.
