Why We Love This

Verlys Art Deco glass centerpiece bowl with a design featuring stylized tassels of wheat, in a rarely seen vibrant blue. Verlys glass was made in Rouen, France, by the Société Holophane Français, founded in 1920. It was made in Newark, Ohio, from 1935-1951. The molds were leased to the A.H. Heisey company from 1955-1957. The glass is either blown or molded. The designs resemble those used by Lalique.
