Combining typography with beautiful imagery, this piece is a hand-pulled silkscreen created by using cut paper and hand-drawn images, a process which makes this map print both artistically altered from reality and one-of-a-kind. Printed on acid-free 140-lb watercolor paper, the image uses all permanent and archival inks and pigments. Because this piece is made by hand, there may be minor variations between prints.
Inspired and motivated by their daughter, the Michigan-based husband and wife team of I Screen You Screen creates prints that tell a story. Using a mixture of vintage and modern aesthetics, each print is made with loving attention to detail without sacrificing the beautiful imperfections of handmade work.
