As described by The Emporium Ltd.

Exquisite hand-painted 1952 French porcelain urn vase from the incomparable atelier of Camille Le Tallec. Intricate multi-hued florals, flourishes of golden scrollwork and bands of gilded raspberry adorn this stunning piece. Heavily gilded ram's-head handles. Pedestal base. Signed in French blue "L T," signed in red "Le Tallec a Paris France" and initialed by the artist. A remarkable piece of French porcelain.

About the Seller

The Emporium Ltd.
The Emporium Ltd.

In 1985, a New York movie executive began buying antique English and French furniture, art, crystal and porcelain. Moving to Los Angeles, she added California pottery and Asian porcelain. The Emporium Ltd. was born out of that first collection. She still buys only what she would want in her own home. Her philosophy is simple: "Always buy a piece you love. You'll find a place for it. But if you didn't love it at full price, don't buy it on sale. It won't withstand the test of time."
