An original lithograph printed in black ink on Ingres d'Arches laid paper bearing a portion of the corresponding watermark.
This work is a fine impression of the only state of this rare lithograph, from the edition estimated to have been between 30 and 50 proofs. Printed by Auguste Clot, Paris. This stone was prepared as the key plate for a color lithograph that was never realized based on Renoir’s 1908 painting “The Judgment of Paris.”
