Fowler by Vladimir Pronkin, a Russian artist now living in Estonia. Since defecting from the Soviet Union in 1990 he has lived in and practiced his art in Mexico, Canada and the USA. Pronkin's works are held by museums and private collections in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Russia.
