Bob Richter, Richter Design
Stunning mid-1920s silver gelatin print of three polo players by noted Manhattan photographer Carl Klein (1899-1983). Klein was known for his equestrian photography, and his work was published in Life magazine in the 1930s. In a period black painted pine frame and with acid-free mat.
An antiques aficionado since the age of seven, and a regular on the PBS series Market Warriors, interior designer Bob Richter specializes in comfortable, smart design. Growing up in Allentown, PA, he often “refreshed” his mother’s house before she returned home from work, taking his cues from old movies and attic finds. Today he culls his treasures from around the world, especially the Paris flea markets (his favorite haunts) and the NYC area. Eclectic, warm, and fun, Bob is a mirror of his design work, which keeps clients coming back for more.
