Highly collected and listed California artist Juan Guzman Maldonado's plein air abstract of pink hillsides. Acrylic on canvas board with strong brushwork and warm tones accentuate the serene setting. Signed on front lower right and on verso. The artist was born in Chile in 1948 and moved to California in 1972. His work has been exhibited worldwide.

Driven by their passion for vintage, Emmy-nominated set decorator Marcia Zia and husband Paul Priven launched Zia-Priven in 1999, after years in the film business. Known for their glamorous and eclectic style, they have created award-winning lighting designs that have been featured in more than 250 publications. In 2013, Zia-Priven introduced a collection of extraordinary vintage lighting and accessories. Most recently, their talents have drawn them into the world of interior design, where they are already making waves.
